Our Little Cuddles was born in 2021 in Islamabad out of one mother's love for children and beautiful children's clothing. What started as a small passion project has grown into a trusted brand for families across Pakistan, offering fashion-forward, high-quality outfits for newborns, babies and toddlers, along with shoes, accessories and our Luxe handbag line. Every piece is carefully checked before it leaves us, because we understand a mother's love and want every purchase to be loved by both the little one and the whole family.

We deliver across Pakistan through a registered courier service, with a flat shipping charge of Rs. 300 on all orders. Orders placed before 12:00 pm (PKT) are dispatched the same day, while orders received after 12:00 pm, on Sundays or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days, and may take slightly longer during sales or busy seasons. We deliver to the home or office address you provide at checkout; we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

At Our Little Cuddles, your privacy matters to us. We only collect the information needed to process your orders, deliver your parcels and improve your shopping experience, such as your name, contact details, shipping address and order history. Your payment details are processed securely, and we never sell your personal information. We may use your details to send order updates and, if you choose, news about new arrivals and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing ourlittlecuddles@gmail.com. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Sale items, gift cards and personal care products such as makeup cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

By using the Our Little Cuddles website and placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. We work hard to show our products, colours and prices as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, and prices or availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where information is incorrect or misuse is suspected. All orders, returns and refunds are handled according to our Shipping and Refund Policies, and these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
